Terms of Service:
Photos will be processed and emailed to client the next business day. For example, if your property photos were taken on a Monday, you will receive the photos by the end of business on Tuesday. If you request a shoot on Saturday or Sunday, the Photos will be edited and emailed by end of business day on Monday.
If the photographer arrives to a property and cannot take photos for any reason there will be a $30 travel charge. The fee will also apply if you cancel the appointment less than one hour before the scheduled time. Please make sure that you have provided me with the correct address and access information, including if there is a lockbox and the code.
Please make sure the house is clean and ready for photos. The house will be photographed as is. Click here to see a guide on getting the home ready for photos.
In the case of inclement weather I can reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel, the property will be photographed as is. If you would like us to return and reshoot the exterior of a property due to inclement weather there will be an additional charge.
Rights: All photos and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the photos are stored, will become licensed to the client to use as they see fit when marketing the property the photographs represent. client is NOT free to transfer, sell, or assign their rights to other individuals or entities. Rights are assigned to the client immediately upon delivery of the photos.
License: Client agrees that photographer will have full license to use photos for any use the photographer sees fit. Any transfers, sales, or assignments to other individuals or entities, and any subsequent transfers, sales, or assignments must expressly include language indicating photographer’s full license as stated herein.
Duration: Unless otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this document or other signed agreement between the parties, the grants of rights and licenses are limited to when when the property is sold (close of escrow) or the client loses the listing.
