Q. What is the best way to schedule photos?
A. You can schedule online through the scheduling link at the bottom of the page or you can call or text me at 610.906.9763
Q. What are the hours for scheduling a property shoot?
A. You can schedule your shoot as early as Sunrise and as late as Twilight. The time of twilight varies week by week.
Q. How much time does the photographer need at a property?
A. The actual time will vary from property to property. But most properties can be photographed in under an hour. 1.5 to 2 hours will be scheduled for any property over 4,500 Sq Ft. Twilight shoots take about 30-45 minutes.
Q. Will the photographer move or clean up items during the photo shoot?
A. As a photographer I do not want to be responsible for broken or damaged items. If your not sure if something should be moved before the photoshoot, check out my checklist below.
Q. Can I request special photos of a specific feature?
A. Absolutely! If you have requests for photos please let me know ahead of time so I can make sure to have adequate time to capture your requests.
Q. What if I need to reschedule?
A. I understand that sometimes a reschedule needs to happen. Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Any properties rescheduled within an hour of our appointment time will be charged a $30 fee.
Q. What if I am running behind?
A. Due to other scheduled appointments I can only wait 10-15 minutes on you to arrive.
Q. What if the property isn't photo ready?
A. I have created a checklist for you to make sure your property is ready to be photographed. CLICK HERE for the checklist.
Q. How long does it take to receive the photos?
A. Delivery time is 24 hours for properties photographed Monday- Friday. Properties photographed on the weekend will have photos received by Monday morning.
Q. How do I receive the photos?
A. You will receive a Dropbox link in your email with your files in it. If you do not know how to download your photos here is how to do so on both Mac and PC.
